Cancellation policy:

We understand that occasionally you will need to cancel or change your appointment. There is no cancellation fee for an appointment canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

For example, if your appointment is at 2:00 pm on Wednesday you must cancel before 2:00 pm on Tuesday.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we missed the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list missed the opportunity to receive our services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

⁃ Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

⁃ “No shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability and ensures that our massage therapist is compensated for their time, thus better serving everyone.

Cancellation fees may be waived in case of emergency, this decision will be at your therapist’s discretion.

Late arrivals:

If you arrive late for your appointment, we cannot provide an extension of your scheduled appointment. Depending upon how late you arrive your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. The original scheduled service fee will be charged in full for late arrivals.

⁃ Our appointment reminders are sent to you 48 hours in advance, and on the day of your appointment approximately 1-2 hours prior to your appointment time. You will be given the opportunity to confirm your appointment when you receive these messages, however, even if you don’t confirm the time is still reserved for you and your appointment. We are not responsible should you forget your appointment, mix up the time, or arrive late for any reason.
